The FBI has now taken over the investigation and President Barack Obama said officials do not yet know whether the bombs were the work of a terrorist group or “a malevolent individual.” There is not currently anyone in custody in connection with the attacks. NIGERIA POLICE ARREST NOTORIOUS KIDNAPPERS In line with the resolve to make the country safe and secure for the citizens of Nigeria, the Nigeria Police Force has smashed a notorious kidnapping syndicate operating in Kaduna State by the Nigeria Police Force Intelligence Response Team.
